Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a room directly with Lemawasi Hotel through this website.

Prices

Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and the total you see before you reserve includes applicable taxes. The price of your stay is fixed when your booking is made.

Reserving and paying

• When you reserve, we hold your room for 15 minutes while you pay the deposit by M-Pesa.
• The deposit due is shown on each rate before you choose it, and again before you reserve. For a stay starting today, the full amount is due.
• Your booking is confirmed once the payment reaches us, and we email you a confirmation. If no payment arrives within 15 minutes, the hold ends and the room is released.
• Any balance is paid at the hotel.

Cancellation

Each rate shows its cancellation terms before you book:

• Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until the deadline shown with the rate. After that, cancelling costs the first night.
• Non-refundable rates are charged in full if you cancel or do not arrive.

To cancel or change a booking, email info@lemawasihotel.com with your booking number.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please bring a valid ID for every adult guest.
